General Settings Page Overview

This article gives an overview of Datto Network Manager's General Settings page.

Environment

  • Datto Network Manager

Description

The General Settings page lets you:

  • See the network ID
  • Name the network
  • Set the network's location
  • Set the network's root password
  • Delete the network

Navigating to the General Settings page

From the Navigation menu, expand the Configure tab, then click General.

Finding the network ID
The Network ID appears at the top of the page.

Changing Network name and location information
Fill out the information in the fields on this page, then click the Save Changes button.

Deleting the network
Click the Delete this network button. A confirmation popup will appear warning you that this is non-recoverable. To continue, Press the Delete Network button in the popup window.

Changing the root password
Under Security, type the new password into the Change Password field, then click the Save Changes button.
